Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and provide patient education.
- Perform dialysis procedures including initiation, monitoring, and completion.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
- Carry out nursing interventions to minimize complications and reduce hospital admissions.
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation and health goals.
Requirements:
- SNB Registered
- Certified and valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- At least 1 year of renal care experience.
