Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, care planning, clinical emergency management, safe medication administration, infection control and integrative care. Responsibilities 1. Deliver safe, evidence-based, and person-centred nursing care to residents in accordance with established clinical standards and care plans. 2. Administer oral/topical medication and injections. 3. Conduct regular rounds with staff to monitor residents' health and medical condition, safety, and comfort. 4. Prepare and attend to any Doctor or Allied Health Professional during visits/rounds, assisting with examinations and providing updates on residents' conditions when required. 5. Participate in care planning, implementation, evaluation, and timely updating of residents' nursing care plans. 6.
