- Rotational 4 days (including Saturday or Sunday), 12hr day shifts

- UP $7,000 + Quarterly Incentive $2,000 + Shift Allowance + Travel Allowance

- Plan and oversee the overall well-being of a single patient, including daily health needs, comfort, safety, and coordination with family or healthcare providers.
- Perform individualized clinical care, such as regular monitoring of glucose levels, blood pressure, vital signs, medication administration, and documentation of patient condition.
- Manage lifestyle and dietary needs, including guiding exercise routines, supporting healthy habits, and preparing or planning appropriate dietary regimens.
