Job Description
PrimaryResponsibilities and Duties (80%)
- Comply with approved standards of nursing practices
- Provide nursing services requiring substantial and specialised nursing skills
- Work closely with resident's doctor and multi disciplinary team to provide care to the residents
- Update on changes in resident's conditions and needs
- Ensure care delivery and nursing interventions as outlined in the care plan
- Evaluate the resident's response to care interventions and recommends revision of care plan as necessary
- Work with Allied Health professionals and/ or initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures
- Carry out and supervise assessments of new admissions
- Prepare and administer medications to residents and comply with safe medication administration practices
