Job Description
Staff Nurse is responsible for the provision of quality care by maintaining accurate records and in the maintenance of professional standards through continuing education and development.
Responsibilities Resident Care- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care to meet residents’ needs.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Provide health education and counselling to residents and their family members.
- Make appropriate diet requisitions and supervise meal serving and feeding of residents.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical and nursing emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive documentation of all nursing activities.
