Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to kidney, lung, and heart transplant patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Handle emergencies and manage post-transplant complications promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team for effective patient care.
- Educate patients and families on post-transplant care, medications, and infection prevention.
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and ICU standards strictly.
