Job Summary/Objective
Staff Pharmacists at Medvantx must possess a high level of responsibility and knowledge, provide leadership, and set a professional example for the entirety of the organization. The Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring that each prescription is filled accurately and in a timely manner and provide meaningful and applicable pharmacological and regulatory information to internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Medvantx processes and procedures adhere to all state and federal regulations
- Maintain HIPAA regulations and ensure Medvantx remains compliant in all aspects of PHI.
- Interpret and evaluate drug orders utilizing informed and autonomous determinations.
- Provide professional guidance, judgement, and oversight for Pharmacy Technicians, Support, Customer Service, and any other employees engaged in the chain of processing a prescription order.
