The role serves as the reliability and analytics focal point within Dexcom’s GBS organization, supporting Design for Reliability – Zero Surprises in Operations (DFR‑ZSO) by leveraging data to identify systemic reliability issues, monitor performance stability, and drive continuous improvement.
