About our group:
Support the Head Program Management in Product Release phase. Focus on communication and decision making for HGA both internal and external related issue, including downstream performance and quality across the operation
About the role - you will:
- Work in Korat slider factory reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
- Manage internal Slider factory team to monitor factory performance-related issues and improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with internal Slider factory team to address the customers’ qualifications-related issues
- Develop all Slider/HGA communications such as Slider/HGA notification and Slider alert letter to downstream for Slider or HGA related issue (Slider/HGA through Drive)
