Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor cleanroom environmental surveys, to verify compliance and support area buy‑off.
- Develop and execute contamination sampling plans for cleanroom environmental, equipment, tools, and process samples to ensure cleanliness and prevent yield‑impacting defects.
- Perform routine and event‑based environmental and equipment sampling to support operational readiness and cleanroom classification.
- Manage handling and qualification of cleanroom indirect materials by setting cleanliness criteria, performing inspections, and approving materials for use.
- Define cleanroom protocols, including gowning, behavior, and contamination prevention practices, and provide training to ensure compliance.
