This role is expected to use AI coding assistants and analysis tools as a daily practice — not occasionally. You will also be the team's bar-setter for what responsible, high-quality AI-augmented engineering looks like in a financial systems context.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI-first Staff Engineer to own the technical architecture and delivery of complex integrations across Oracle Fusion ERP and SCM applications. This is a senior individual contributor role — the technical authority on integration design, platform resilience, and AI-augmented engineering practices for our most critical financial and operational flows: O2C, P2P, Inventory, and Costing.
