Job Summary
Staff Engineer (Hardware) – Solutions Engineering team, specialized in advanced RTL development for FPGA‑based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RTL integration and optimization (power, performance, area) for multi‑IP and multi‑FPGA systems.
- Develop high‑performance, reusable IP cores for industrial/automotive use cases.
- Define system architectures aligned with customer and industry requirements.
- Create detailed execution plans and risk mitigation strategies for turnkey customer projects.
- Perform HW/SW co‑design and integration, particularly with RISC‑V–based software stacks.
- Design and execute comprehensive system validation, testing, and protocol compliance strategies.
- Directly engage with customers to gather requirements, present proposals, and deliver solutions.
