Staff Specialist Operations, Planning & Controlling
The Staff Specialist Operations, Planning & Controlling is responsible for driving system, tool, and process improvements to achieve continuous efficiency improvement. This role will focus on OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) planning system and process integration, ensuring seamless operations and optimal resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement OSAT planning systems and processes to ensure efficient material flow, inventory management, and production planning.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues related to OSAT planning, system, and process improvements.
- Support SAP & Supplier management tool rollout to subcontractor.
- Responsible for new supplier onboarding for OSAT Operation, Planning and controlling (OPC) to ensure supplier readiness and compliance to IFX planning process and requirement.
