Job Responsibilities:
- Transfer and develop GaN power technologies.
- Work together with unit process development experts to define process requirements and to optimize process modules.
- Set up new process of records and take ownership for the complete process flow (process integration).
- Plan, execute and evaluate development experiments by using Design of Experiment technique.
- Ensure fast and secure development lot delivery within project time-line.
- Support the production team in ramp up phase of new technologies.
- Define and evaluate process control monitor structures and data.
