Job Description
Summary: This cloud app security and governance startup needs a staff Senior Technical Writer to work solo creating original installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and tuning content as well as UI text (tooltips, etc) and procedures doc for business end users. Deliver full coverage solutions to tech comms issued raised by customers, acting independently and transcending typical tech writer duties.
Audience: Business end users and IT admins for cloud security automation platform Tasks: Manage products' content architecture, test steps in cloud apps, write detailed procedures, and create UI text (such as labels, tooltips, title bar text, and non-interactive instructions) as well as contribute to marketing content. Participate in two staggered 2-week Agile sprints.
