Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor on the global talent acquisition sourcing team, supporting EMEA region sites in the UK, Germany, Ireland, Lithuania, Spain, France, Italy, and more.
- Source and attract talent throughout the EMEA geography, drawing on deep experience in these markets.
- Partner closely with Talent Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand each business group, the role requirements, sub‑culture, and the characteristics of ideal candidates.
- Drive clarity and alignment on required technical and behavioral competencies for each role with internal stakeholders.
- Gather and present detailed talent market analysis and insights to influence and guide recruitment strategies and hiring decisions.
