Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform hematological analysis of blood, body fluids, CSF, and special tests; ensure result accuracy, repeat/reject samples as per SOPs, store abnormal samples, issue reports, and communicate critical results to consultants.
- Calibrate and operate analyzers, run daily QC and EQA with LJ chart review and interpretation, perform routine maintenance, maintain logs, and coordinate with biomedical/suppliers for troubleshooting.
- Monitor inventory consumption, maintain stock and indents, manage QC/audit data, support audit preparation, and ensure proper documentation and sample storage.
