We are seeking a talented Staff Validation Engineer to join our fast-paced R&D team, driving the evaluation and testing of new products. You will work closely with design, product, test, and applications engineers to ensure our cutting-edge technology meets rigorous performance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in new product design meetings and drive test feature development to support successful product evaluation.
- Assist in designing validation solutions for new products, including software, hardware, and documentation.
- Identify and specify bench-top test equipment for validating new products.
- Develop test automation software using Python or LabVIEW.
- Collaborate with designers, product, test, and applications engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in validation review meetings and contribute to project decision-making.
