Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings such as CCU, ICU, NICU, PICU, and emergency departments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families about patient status.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in critical care nursing (CCU/ICU/NICU/PICU).
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques used in surgical procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations.
