Key Responsibilities
- Talent Development Strategy and Design: Lead the development of scalable leadership and talent management programs aligned to enterprise and business priorities, applying neuroscience and systems thinking to architect programs that drive measurable change in behavior and performance, with a strong interest in embedding AI as a learning amplifier.
- Program Execution and Reinforcement: Oversee end-to-end delivery of global programs including curation of pre‑ and post‑workshop learning journeys, incorporate social, collaborative and tech‑enabled learning tools, along with reinforcement and performance support practices as an integrated talent solution, manage partnerships and internal resources to ensure quality and consistency across offerings.
