REPORTS TO: Executive Chef
FLSA STATUS: PT-Hourly (Non-Exempt)
COMPENSATION: $22.50 an hour
LOCATION: STAGE RED FONTANA 8463 Sierra Ave., Fontana, CA 92335
Position Summary: ASM Stage Red, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Dishwasher position at Stage Red. Responsible for Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*Maintains sanitary and safe work environment.*Maintains clean dry floors and walls at all times, including sweeping and mopping.*Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.*Washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators and meat blocks.*Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.*Hose...
