Set up, calibrate, and adjust stamping machinery and dies for optimal performance.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet quality and specification standards.
Monitor machine operations, making adjustments to maintain efficiency and output quality.
Troubleshoot equipment issues, performing minor repairs or escalating to supervisors when needed.
Comply with all safety protocols (PPE usage, HSE procedures) and GMP practices.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with stamping machinery preferred.
