Job Summary: Create the Starbucks experience for Food City shoppers by providing prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times in support of the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!”
- Take customer orders, ensure orders are completed in a timely manner, and to the customers’ satisfaction
- Prepare, bagging, pouring, and stocking Starbucks products, rotating items to ensure product quality and safety.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow associates.
