The following position has become available for a Sales Assistant, based in Rosebank, Cape Town.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides excellent, professional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Assists customers with purchases by advising or sourcing relevant advice from horticultural personnel.
- Loads customers trolleys with their purchase and guides them to the till points and assist the cashier with capturing the correct code/price of products.
- After payment, carefully loads purchases into the customers vehicle, ensuring that all trolleys are returned to the trolley areas as per seasonal operational requirements.
