- Supporting to review and provide legal advice on legal documents including but not limited to contractsagreementsMOULOI.
- Assisting to draft legal templates including but not limited to contractsagreementssamplesforms necessary for business
- Drafting licensing documentation and ensure applicable licensespermits to be updated.
- Supporting to conduct compliance training to the company staffs
Performing any other dutiesprojects as assigned by line manager.
Requirement:
- 3rd or 4th year student majoring in law
- Good at written and communication skills in English and Vietnamese, attention to detail and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines.
