Job Description
- To manage in achieving service revenue (Parts and Lubes) and throughout target as plan for Dealers.
- To manage the execution of all policies, SOPs and action plans are complies to fully implemented by Dealers by performing weekly/monthly/quarterly visits and internal audit in various areas such as operations, warranty and parts.
- To ensure various reports request by other department or management been submitted by dealers in ensuring smooth daily operation. (i.e. VOR/Manpower/PADE/OCE/SOP/Marketing Activity/Warranty disposal)
- To ensure dealer credit management level and debts.
- To conduct regular weekly/monthly meeting with Dealer Management on operational matters and where needed, on other related matters.
- To provide and review performance against targets and devise improvement action plans based on roof cause analysis.
- To manage and sustain in achievement customer satisfaction (CSI).
