We’re seeking an experienced State Manager to lead our Victorian operations within a growing commercial cleaning and facilities services business.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a multi-site portfolio across Victoria, ensuring cleaning and facilities services are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across a diverse client base. You’ll lead Area Managers and operational teams across multiple sites, manage key client relationships, drive workforce performance, and ensure strong commercial and operational outcomes across the state.
