Responsibilities
- Adhere to nursing care vision, mission, goals, and objectives while performing shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.
- Notify the unit manager of any situation changes that could impact care standards.
- Provide high-quality care in urgent situations, manage ambulance transfers, and ensure patient safety during transitions.
- Conduct patient triage by performing detailed examinations, documenting abnormalities, informing the attending physician, and prioritizing care based on patient history.
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to manage life‑threatening conditions and communicate effectively with relevant professionals.
- Perform phlebotomy and intravenous infusions, administer medications, change dressings, and assist with simple surgical procedures as directed.
