Job Description
Organization and Management
- Adherence to nursing care vision, mission, goals, and objectives, aligning with the scope of nursing services and performing shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager to ensure high-quality care rendered.
- Notifies the unit manager of any changes in the situation that could impact the standards of care.
- Collaborates with the Unit Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the cardiac catheterization laboratory and central sterile supply services (CSSS) daily.
- Collaborates with ward staff to ensure patients arrive at the cardiac catheterization laboratory room on time, thereby optimizing the utilisation of the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Accompanies patients into the cardiac catheterization laboratory rooms and recovery room safely before they are sent to the ward/critical care services, and records all cases in the cardiac catheterization laboratory record book.
