Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage steel fabrication, sub-assembly, and block erection to ensure on-time project delivery. Collaborate with HSE to enforce safety protocols and promote a strong safety culture onsite. Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment to boost productivity and reduce waste. Create and execute efficient steel production schedules aligned with project goals. Supervise and evaluate Steel Supervisors and sub-contractor performance. Ensure all steelwork meets Class society, client, and QA/QC standards.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine or Mechanical Engineering. 8-10 years of relevant shipyard management experience. Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
