SUMMARY:
We are recruiting an experienced Steel Fixing Foreman to supervise steel fixing teams on-site and ensure all reinforcement work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate steel fixing crews
- Read and interpret structural drawings
- Ensure correct rebar placement and installation
- Conduct quality checks before concrete pours
- Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox talks
- Manage materials and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades
- Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years steel fixing experience
- Proven experience as a Steel Fixing Foreman
- Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction
