Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawings and specifications to fabricate structural steel components
- Measure, cut and assemble steel components using welding, bolting and riveting techniques
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, drills and welding machines
- Ensure proper alignment and fitting of steel structures before final welding or bolting
