Job Description
Lead steel wheel production as a Processing Manager in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Oversee quality control, maintenance, and staff management across all shifts to ensure operational efficiency.
In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and direct the hot wheel processing and Inspection & Finishing Department. You will manage a team of 40-55 personnel while ensuring compliance with Company and AAR specifications. Your leadership will be pivotal in minimizing downtime and maintaining safety standards while also developing a competent workforce.
