  • A high school level of education is required; Associates preferred

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience within Sterile Processing is strongly preferred

  • Previous experience as a Leader/ Supervisor in Sterile Processing is strongly preferred (for Supervisor role)

  • Current Sterile Processing certification (CRCST) is required

  • The ability to effectively manage the employees within assigned unit/department
