Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Wash and clean kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and glassware
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and washing areas
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Dispose rubbish and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas
- Assist in basic kitchen cleaning duties and housekeeping
- Replenish cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when stock is low
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly sanitised according to hygiene standards
- Support kitchen operations during busy service periods
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of staff and common areas when required
- Follow workplace safety and food hygiene regulations
- Assist in opening and closing cleaning duties
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to maintain operational cleanliness standards
