We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stewarding Supervisor to lead our stewarding operations in Novotel Dubai Al Barsha, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the stewarding team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all food and beverage areas. You will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, hygienic work environment while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture that drives operational excellence.
- Lead and supervise the Stewarding team in all operational functions, including cleaning, organization, and maintenance of F&B restaurants, kitchens, loading dock areas, and storage spaces
- Coordinate and maintain the cleanliness and proper care of all F&B equipment, including china, silverware, glassware, cookware, banquet equipment, and kitchen equipment
