The role ensures the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation and operational efficiency within kitchen food preparation and service areas. This position is critical for maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, supporting seamless kitchen operations and contributing directly to guest satisfaction through immaculate cleanliness and professional standards. The Stewarding Supervisor will lead a team of kitchen support staff, conduct regular quality checks, implement cleaning protocols and ensure all equipment surfaces and facilities meet stringent cleanliness benchmarks.
