Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Designer/Stitcher to join our dynamic design department. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to final production, requiring a strong understanding of the product development process and excellent collaboration skills. The Designer/Stitcher will provide leadership and support within the design team to ensure alignment with company initiatives and goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop concept sketches and translate them into solid models.
- Stitch new designs and products from start to finish.
- Coordinate the aesthetic and functional aspects of product lines.
- Support the development and execution of product design strategies.
- Develop and continuously improve design processes.
- Present and explain design direction to stitchers on the production floor, as needed.
