If you are already working in a traffic control job with a traffic management company, perhaps you sometimes feel a bit left out or that there is an 'us and them' culture between the contractor's maintenance team and the traffic management team? This is an opportunity for you to step over that barrier and become part of one inclusive team where the maintenance crew and traffic management people work together as a unit.
If you are a strong performer and are interested in progressing in Traffic Management, we will pay for this training. There will also be opportunities for good performers to move into other areas of the road maintenance crew and you can observe and learn the techniques of these roles while working as an STMS.
