The Higgins Green Team in Napier are looking for a permanent full time STMS to join the Traffic Management Crew.About the roleIn this role you will be leading a small crew you will oversee and execute temporary traffic management duties, safeguarding the public, site personnel and traffic flow. You will enjoy a work schedule of at least 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm and have the flexibility to work additional hours/days as required.

Design, adjust, and implement traffic management plans

Ensure compliance with safety measures and TMPs

Coordinate and delegate tasks to crew members

Maintain accurate daily records and report incidents

Provide training and guidance to staff

Safely control traffic and maintain equipment
