Job Description
The Stock Administrator manages the loading of sales orders, stock transfers, and production data onto Syspro, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. It includes coordinating monthly stock takes, resolving stock variances, and maintaining clear communication with TSRs, storemen, and senior stakeholders. Additionally, the role focuses on fostering strong relationships with team members, assisting with stock transfers, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities Loading of TSR sales orders & Transfers Receive copies of delivery notes from TSRs and DC Storeman. Confirm that the delivery note has been fully completed including. Purchase Order number if required. Load Sales Orders on behalf of respective TSR. Supply the sales order number to the TSRs. Ensure the Sales Order is loaded from the correct warehouse so that stock is moved correctly.
