Stock Condition Surveyor Contract: 3 months Day rate: up to £300 per day Location: West Sussex, hybrid working available Start Date: ASAP Overview We are working with a well-established social housing provider who are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month contract. The focus of this role is to support the organisation in assessing the condition and remaining life of key housing components while capturing accurate asset data, including energy efficiency information. Key Responsibilities Undertake stock condition surveys across residential properties Assess the age, condition and remaining lifespan of key components, including: Kitchens Roofs Windows and doors Other main building elements Record component data to support lifecycle planning and future investment programmes Collect energy efficiency data, including: Loft insulation levels Window and door specifications and measurements Ensure all survey data is accurate, consistent and uploaded to the relevant asset ...
