Due to the recent retirement of a long standing member of staff, our client now has a fantastic career opportunity available for a Stock Control Manager.
Duties and responsibilities
Processing
- Initial sign off of P.O’s
- Expediting orders
- Contact suppliers to confirm shipment dates and input/amend arrival dates on the system
- As key point of contact, liaise with senior managers and main external suppliers to:
- coordinate activities during periods of increased sales activity
- ensure timely and efficient flow of information
- maintain proactive communication
- Parts orders and replenishment
- Monitoring of warranty claims and rebates
- Price listing- working closely with Marketing
