Stock Controller
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage and maintain the inventory of a hotel. You will ensure that all stock levels are accurate, supplies are available when needed, and losses are minimized. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of hotel departments including F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock, including F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods according to hotel standards
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and hotel departments to manage orders and deliveries
- Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with the procurement team
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and recommend action
