Storage and Disassembly Manager

Willis Aviation Services Limited is seeking an experienced Storage & Disassembly Manager to lead our aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly, teardown, and asset recovery operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing aircraft end‑of‑life programmes, maximising asset recovery value, and ensuring the safe and compliant delivery of storage and teardown projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft storage, preservation, disassembly and teardown activities.
• Manage aircraft end‑of‑life projects from induction through to final disposition.
• Oversee component recovery, inventory control, traceability and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
