Job Description

Storage & Backup Administrator - IT - Spain - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, an international IT service provider, is seeking Storage & Backup Administrator to join them as a contractor, with the option to work fully remote or onsite within the charming region of Valencia. Starting at an initial 12-month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.


Scope of Work / Duties of Consultant:
  • Administer the Storage and Backup Infrastructures’ Systems
  • Provide technical support for the storage and backup infrastructures’ users (Connectivity, performance, troubleshooting, storage, backups, etc.)
  • Manage the backup clients, schedules and retentions
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of storage and backup services
  • Coordinate the replacement of failed Backup, Storage & SAN components, and service restoration
