- Active sales and personal styling advice — you know every product, its story, its craft
- Responsibility for visual merchandising as an expression of the brand world
- Full ownership of inventory and fulfillment in-store
- Co-leading the store team alongside the Store Manager
- Supporting customers with simple repairs and alterations
- Active involvement in events, launches, and special activations
