manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials and finished goods. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records (ERP/manual), conducting audits, ensuring material availability for production, and managing stock safety, security, and housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Inventory Control:
Manage raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods, maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages.
Logistics & Documentation:
Receive incoming goods, inspect materials with Quality Assurance (QA), and prepare documentation for dispatches, such as delivery notes and Stock Transfer Notes (STN)
Stock Management:
Conduct regular physical stock verification (daily/monthly/annual) and reconcile with ERP system records.

Issue materials to production based on authorized requests and production pl...
