Responsibilities
- Ensure that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
- Monitor merchandise to ensure all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
- Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment in line with store policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
- Provide courteous and prompt service to customers, assisting with inquiries when needed.
- Perform other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, as directed by your superior.
