Retail Operations Responsibilities

• Need person who can handles day-to-day retail operations by assisting customers, processing transactions, and managing inventory.

• Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment and capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Greet customers warmly, provide product and flavor samples, and make recommendations.
• Process customer orders efficiently, total purchases, and accurately handle cash and digital payments at the point of sale (POS).

Ice Cream Production & Prep

• Follow proprietary recipes and measurement guidelines to mix, pasteurize, and churn ice cream, gelato, or sorbet bases.
• Prepare specialty items like waffle cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and soft-serve products from scratch.
